Our company is like yours, very concerned about the environment. That’s why we are working hard on reducing our ecological footprint. Together as a team we can make a change. We are the only company in Bali that supplies (personalized) stainless steel water bottles for events. These can be refilled during the event and can be taken home as a souvenir (50+pax).

Q. Who can join our activities?

Most of the activities are suitable for all ages. The events we do are for corporate clients and not physically challenging. Please inform us about any medical problems.

Q. What to bring?

On most occasions you will just need to bring casual clothing, hat, comfortable shoes, sunscreen and your smile. For programs that include water activities it’s recommended to bring change of clothes and a towel.

Q. Do I need to bring food and beverages?

All programs include free flow of water. Lunch and dinner can be included. We can offer all different kind of cuisines. From Indonesian to Western cuisine. Notice: We cater for all special dietary requirements, however advance information is required. Menu options will be sent by request. Soft drinks and other beverages are generally not included in the price yet can be organized, should you require.

Q. Inclement weather

Bali is an amazing island to experience, no matter what the weather conditions are like, we offer our team building in rain and shine, indoor and outdoor. Raincoats and tents will be provided in case of rain.

Q. What about transportation?

We can provide many types of transportation during programs. Depending on the amount of people, we have: cars, open busses, mini vans, coach bus, topless VW Safari, etc.

Q. Are the guides and drivers multilingual?

Most of our staffs are multilingual.

Q. What is the location of the event?

Our venues are GWK, Taman Bhagawan, Kuta beach, Seminyak beach but also the forest, village or your hotel could be one of the locations. For information about the exact location of your event, just send us an email.

Q. Can you do corporate branding?

For an additional fee, corporate branding can be done on water bottles, T-shirts, ribbons, banners, etc. and adjusted to your request.

Q. How far in advance do I need to make my reservations?

Reservation should be made as early as possible. For most events, we can usually accommodate guests within 1 week or less. If you have a large group (10 or more participants) we encourage you to make your reservations at least 2 weeks to 2 months in advance, especially during high season (July – September) and peak season (December and January).

Q. Ways of payment?

Like your company, we love to get paid. The ways of payments are telegraphic transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and cash.

Q. What about billing procedures?

All deposits paid are non-refundable and subject to the conditions stated herein. Advance payments are to be made by wire transfer in US Dollars as per invoice/s sent. Once booking is confirmed we would require a 50% deposit of the total payment to guarantee the services, 14 days prior to the group arrival the remaining balance payment or cash on arrival.

Q. Can I change the tour’s date after booking?

No problem! We understand that plans can change and that you may need to reschedule your event. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. You can call us directly with any last-minute questions or date-change requests but keep in mind that changes should be notified one week in advance.

Q. Cancellation policy?

If the event is cancelled due to other reasons within one (1) week before the event, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. Should the event be cancelled on the day of the event due to inclement weather, a set-up fee of 50% will apply. All other conditions are stated in our contract of service.
